As humans we have our days that seems to be great, fine and also days that succumbs us. My life or anyone’s life may not always be the most perect and that is alright, that is normal.
When this happens, we travel to our happy place. The thought and vision in your head, calms you, soothes you and grounds you.
When life takes a shift, we close our eyes and go to our happy place.
